4×4 Week Three North South East West Body Weight Training Routine

Four body weight training exercises this week are. Exercise One. Ping Pong Jumps. Find a bar that is about your head level, when you are at a maximal vertical jump height. Squat under the bar and jump up. On the way up place your hands under the bar. Use the strength of your shoulders and triceps to decelerate the jump. Press over head and accelerate your body down, faster than it would with a normal jump. This is a great exercise for jumping athletes who need to learn how to land from heights without actually having to jump of high objects. This exercise also works the vertical pressing muscles of the upper body. Exercise Two Pull Up Tucks Nothing crazy here, just doing the opposing movement to the Ping Pong Jumps. All the flexors of the body working at the same time. Starting from the straight arm hang pull the chest toward the bar and lift your knees at the same time. Exercise Three This exercise here is so new and revolutionary that we could not come up With a good name. Maybe hands away press or facedown upper body body, While feet don’t move lift? Exercise Four Horizontal Rows You guess it right, this is a balance exercise to that super new move shown Right above. The only thing to keep in mind is that the feet are anchored By the outer edges. This works the glutes pretty well. Maybe that is why Some physical education teachers refer to this as "Girl Pull Ups" Source: YouTube
